Budgeting for Ministers
Budgeting is a crucial skill for church ministers as they manage finances to support their personal and organizational missions. However, many church ministers lack formal training in budgeting. To address this gap, three learning modules have been designed to help ministers understand personal budgeting and organizational budgeting for a church/faith-based ministry. By equipping ministers with budgeting knowledge, these modules empower them to make informed financial decisions to promote and sustain their personal and organizational values.
These three modules on “Budgeting for Ministers” are part of the Villanova University, Center for Church Management Lydia Library series for formation in church management. To learn more about the Center for Church Management, please click here.
